You will gain hands-on experience in explaining digital concepts clearly, guiding learners through everyday online tasks, supporting safe and confident use of technology, and facilitating inclusive learning sessions within your community.
The course is tailored to the realities of community engagement – from helping someone book a GP appointment online or set up an email account, to running a mini digital skills session at a local hub – ensuring learners leave with skills they can immediately apply in their role as a Champion.
